RAD Rebound · GCC and Saudi General Managers Conference
The AI Immersion
An afternoon where fifty general managers stop hearing about AI and start using it.
The record
We have run this room before.
450
leaders in our largest room, Copenhagen
20+
hotel brands, across four regions
9 in 10
participants confident to start experimenting afterwards
| IHG · Delhi and Jaipur | Senior leaders, around 120 in one room | Four sessions. Laptops on every table, hands-on from the start. |
| Marriott · Abu Dhabi | 80 HR leaders, a full day | Arrived knowing little, left with working proofs of concept. |
| Marriott Marquis | GMs and executive committee | Copilot programme on standard Microsoft 365, built on hotel use cases. |
| Tourism sector · Tbilisi | Around 80, hotels, OTAs and DMCs | Cross-functional teams built and pitched new travel packages with AI. |
| Roya International | Leadership team, 16 October 2026 | Three hands-on hours. Last week. |
Delivered in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh · Delhi, Jaipur, Goa and Bengaluru · Tbilisi, Luanda, Lisbon, Copenhagen and Bangkok
What your general managers walk out with
Four things in hand by 16:30.
Every output is made in the room, on the GM's own laptop, inside your Copilot policy.
01 · INDIVIDUAL
Their own work, done with AI
A guest review reply, an owner email and a P&L read, each made by the GM personally and kept.
02 · TEAM
A 90-day Rebound plan
Built by each table as an executive committee, pitched and scored in front of the room.
03 · FOR THE HOTEL
One workflow with a 30-day test
Ready to run on Monday. This is the shared solution your programme asks the AI workshop to deliver.
04 · PERSONAL
One habit, written down
Captured in the RAD Rebound journal, with the full takeaway pack of prompts and guardrails.
Not a prompting class
Same numbers. Fifty GMs.
Fifty different answers.
Every GM gets the same messy P&L. The answers scatter. Once they learn to brief AI the way they would brief a new finance manager, the room converges on one number. The lesson is judgement, not typing.

Reveal and hands-on rounds
A cold open that earns attention, then what AI is and is not, the do's and don'ts of your Copilot policy, and three live exercises every GM completes alone.
Rebound brief and build sprint
Each table becomes the executive committee of a Gulf hotel with a full data pack. A live countdown. They build the plan and one creative piece with AI.
The Den and close
Tables pitch from the podium. Area and corporate leaders judge impact, feasibility and use of AI, with live scores and a winner. Then one habit for Monday.
In a three-hour slot the hands-on rounds run 35 minutes, the sprint 70 and the Den 35. Nothing structural changes.
Engagement
Every GM works. Nobody watches.
Built for a mixed room
- Exercises are pushed to every laptop through our workshop console, so each GM works at their own pace.
- Each exercise has a stretch layer, so the confident users are tested while beginners finish the core task.
- Tables are mixed on purpose: advanced users sit with those just starting.
- Anonymous live polling gives the quieter voices a say without the microphone.
Built for real hotel work
- Copilot first, inside the policy agreed with Freddy and regional IT.
- Every task names the human check: where judgement stays with the GM.
- Solutions must work on current tools and licences, with no new budget.
- Two of us in the room, walking the tables and coaching.
Connected to RAD Rebound
The afternoon follows your conference's own arc.
RecogniseThe reality
The Reveal shows what AI can already do in a hotel, and where it gets things wrong.
ReinventThe work
Hands-on rounds on the jobs GMs do every week: guests, owners and numbers.
ReconnectAcross hotels
Mixed tables build one Rebound plan together and pitch it to their peers.
CommitTo Monday
One workflow, a 30-day test and a named owner, feeding straight into the 16:30 synthesis and the journal.
Morning sessions set the 2027 direction and the RHG tools. The afternoon gives every GM the skill to use them.
What makes it great, not just good
The outcome is decided before anyone walks in.
SEATING
Tables curated in advance
Mixed by country, brand and confidence with AI, with one Area Office colleague on each table.
THE BRIEF
A data pack worth solving
The Rebound brief is only as good as its data. We build it, with the committee's input on what matters for 2027.
THE ROOM
Round tables and laptops
Every GM on their own laptop with Copilot access confirmed, Wi-Fi for 50 devices and a podium for pitches.

RAD Rebound
The rebound starts
on a Monday.
1 February 2027 is a Monday. By the end of that afternoon, every GM in the room has already started.
